- LinteL PSB-10 tester for determining the aging of bitumen under the influence of high temperature and air is designed for the effect of high temperature and air on a moving thin film of bitumen.
- Tester automatically maintains and controls the temperature of the air inside the working area, the speed of rotation of the sample drum, the speed of rotation of the centrifugal fan and the flow of air coming out through the nozzle.
- Built-in compressor with a low noise level (no more than 38 dB) allows to use the PSB-10 without connecting to the compressed air supply system (compressor).
- The camera of the tester is made of stainless steel with reliable thermal insulation. The door has a two-layer window for visual control of the test process.
- To ensure safe operation, the tester is equipped with a system for stopping all executive devices when the door is opened or the control unit fails, and the protective shutdown device will promptly turn off the power supply of the tester in case of emergency situations.
- Tester is supplied with sample flowmeter for checking and calibrating the air flow sensor.
- To check the tester readings during certification and calibration of the built-in temperature sensor, it is possible to install an exemplary thermometer (on request).
- Tester is controlled using the built-in keyboard, and the test parameters and results are displayed on a digital display in real time.
- Full self-diagnosis system with indication of the causes of faults on the display.
- Stopping the test process at the end of the analysis with sound alarm.
